What is your return & exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +20 10 10 000 931 or email support@menren.co with your order number.
We'll arrange pickup and handle the rest.
Are any purchases final sale?
Most items are fully returnable. Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page — typically end-of-season pieces at deep discounts — cannot be returned or exchanged. This is always clearly stated before you check out, so there are no surprises.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–3 business days in Cairo and Giza, and 3–5 business days for the rest of Egypt.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat LE 90 across Egypt, and free on orders over LE 1,999. The exact cost always appears at checkout before you pay — no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and [mobile wallets / ValU / etc.]. Choose whatever's easiest for you at checkout.
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in centimeters. Between sizes? Our fits are true to size — size up if you prefer a relaxed fit, or use the size recommender on the product page for a suggestion based on your measurements.

Where are your products manufactured?
MENREN is designed in Cairo, and our pieces are manufactured both locally and with carefully selected international partners. Every partner is chosen for one reason: they meet our standard for fabric quality, construction, and finish.
How do I care for my MENREN pieces?
Care instructions are printed on each garment's label and listed on every product page. As a general rule: wash cold, skip the dryer, and your pieces will hold their shape and color for years — that's the point.
